Fruit processing equipments are basically used to make juices or make some by-product of the fruit. These products are used a lot in the manufacturing sectors. Let us now have a look at some of the fruit processing equipments available in the market:

1. Pulper:

The pulper is basically used to extract juices from fruits like mango, apple, pineapple, tomato, papaya, etc. This machine basically works on electricity and has high quality razor blades, scrapers and sievers which do the juicing and ensure one gets the sweetest liquid form of the fruit. It is available in different sizes and colors and has variants in its capacity levels as well.

2. Pasteurizer:

These equipments are basically used in dairy and agro farm industries. It is helpful in processing milk and fruit and comes in different sizes and capacity as well.

3. Homogenizer:

Even homogenizer is similar to pasteurizers and is used in dairy industries for fruit and milk processing. They come in different sizes as well.

4. Hydraulic press:

These are very suitable for fruit processing. They are available in different capacities too. There is one variant called the double jacket kettle suitable for fruit and honey processing. The kettle can be used with either hot or cold water. They also come with double or simple rotation agitators and with or without wall scrapers. The variants are available with or without the lid cover and the range of its capacity is generally between two hundred to two thousand liters.

5. Boilers:

These boilers are available and are very widely used in manufacturing set ups. These machines basically come in handy for processing milk and fruit like most of the other fruit processors. There are different types of boilers available with varied capacities.

6. Jacketed Vacuum Evaporator:

These are also available in different sizes and capacities and are basically used for milk and fruit processing.

There are different kinds of plants available for fruits and their processing. These fruit processing equipments are used for getting the best out of the fruit which has been thrown away or have been considered no longer beneficial. There are people who actually just dump their fruit and vegetable leftovers in their dust bins thinking that they are no longer useful for them but if the same leftover falls into the hands of these people involved in the business of food processing, they make good use of it and also earn lots of money with that.
