1. Programmable paper cutting machines:

The programmable paper cutting machine has a body made up of a very sturdy cast iron. It has a hydraulic system and an air table for frictionless and smooth movement of paper. It has a bronze gear box dipped in oil for a noise free environment. It also helps in ensuring a longer life for the equipment. It has very good operating and quality controlling features. And they are made keeping all the norms and standards required for ensuring the safety of the operator. It works on oil and has an oil tank which is built in the machine. The main frame of the machine looks like the stand of the machine which makes the machine look very good and compact. The pipe fittings in the machine are really good and they prevent any chances of oil spilling and leakages. It can be operated by manual pedaling and requires considerably low hydraulic pressure. There is an air table provided which makes the entire operation or process smooth and frictionless. The machine is operated by push buttons generally and it also has clutches and the brake systems. For cutting the paper, both the cutting buttons should be used at the same time. If not done, then the machine would not work properly. The cutting of the paper is usually very smooth and fast even if the paper is a bit thick and strong. As it works on oil, there is lubrication all throughout the year and there is need to do the replacements only once in a year which reduces the maintenance cost of the machine too. The machine is very precise and accurate and is meant for usage over a longer period of time. When there is high pressure needed, then the machine needs the hydraulics to do the job. If the pressure needed is low then one can operate it with manual pedaling. While working manually on the machine, there are comfort zones for the operator in the hand wheel due to its design and mechanism. It is so very well designed that it does not cause any strain or stress to the operator.
