Floor spacing is another factor that cannot be ignored. Kitchen should be designed in a way that maximum space is available so that there is no hindrance in movement and plenty of room is available for kitchen staff.
Fuel which is used in the kitchen is also very important. One can use electricity, gas, coal or wood. Proper ventilation in any kitchen is also important. It prevents smell from penetrating the dining area which improves standard and efficiency and also if you are using wood or coal as your fuel then ventilation becomes one of the top priorities in kitchen design.
Shelves must also be used in the kitchen in order to assist employees working in the kitchen Cabinets and cupboards must be used in the kitchen so that whenever someone wants anything he can find it in a proper place.
Refrigerators are heart of any restaurant kitchen. Refrigerators prevent bacterial growth and increase the shelf life of food which is more prone to decaying with time. They must be placed properly and always kept clean.
