Laboratory Testing Equipments

Laboratory testing equipments are used in scientific laboratories for assistance in conducting researches and experiments. There are many such laboratory testing equipments available in the market. We will see a few of them in this article.

1. Boom microscopes stand:

These are spring loaded stands which have great flexibility. The equipment is so articulately designed that one can keep the stand wherever he or she wants to. This tool is the best and the first thing you would need to view objects through microscopes. There is a multi-axis rotation option which enables the stand to stretch or extend to different angles and positions. Because of its great flexibility, the head can be moved left, right, up, down or wherever as per the user’s requirements. There are knobs for focusing on both the sides of the equipment so that the head can be raised or lowered for better focus. There are rack and pinion gears for the focusing holder. The focusing folder is usually in the size of 84mm for the microscope head. You get the diameter adapters at times for free with this boom stand.

2. Trinocular embryo transplant microscope:

These are very high quality microscopes with zoom stereos for embryo transplants. It comes in handy for applications where a hot stage glass cannot be used. Fluorescent lighting is not basically apt for usage in embryo transplant microscopes. In such scenarios, the fluorescent lights could be replaced by this Trinocular microscope. Other microscopes have halogens which make the stage very hot and can make the embryos degrade quickly but it is not the case with Trinocular microscopes. Always check the embryos before and after the transplant to see whether there has been any degradation or not. There are extra large glasses available with them too which reduces the stress on the eye. With microscopes, one must be very clear about the lenses as there are lenses which are so small that there are chances of the eye lashes touching the lens which would make the entire process of seeing through at times uncomfortable.

3. Biological teaching microscope:

These are microscopes very useful in laboratories in schools and colleges. These are focused on the walls of the classroom where the minute objects are kept for observation. These are available at very low and competitive prices and are used during practical tests and exams in educational institutions. So to ensure the best quality of microscopes for your school and students, try to locate a vendor or manufacturer who is an expert at such microscopes.
