To exercise even 30 minutes daily is good for your health. Studies showed that regular exercise offers benefits like maintaining a healthy weight; reducing blood pressure and cholesterol, decrease the possibility of developing cardiovascular disease, diabetes and certain kinds of Cancer. And it increased life expectancy. However those individual who does not exercise at all is found to be at risk from diabetes, cardiovascular disease, sleep apnoea hypertension and psychological disorders like depression.

There are three types of exercise that is cardiovascular exercise, strength training exercise and flexibility exercise. Cardiovascular exercise helps the heart, lungs and circulatory system to function efficiently. Aerobic exercise is the recommended activity for adult. For children activities that elevates the heart rate up to 200 beats per minute is recommended. Generally, American Heart association recommends at least 60 minutes of exercise everyday. But always make sure that you perform exercise that is appropriate your age, gender and emotional status. Outdoor activities like swimming, walking, biking, dancing, playing basket ball is good for you. If you can’t go out for the weather does not let you, then there are fitness exercise equipment that you can use like exercise bikes that you can use indoor.

There is lots of exercise equipment available in the market today that will cater to your exercise needs everyday. The second type of exercise is Strength training if you want to develop your muscles. You can do weight lifting exercise. The third type is flexibility exercise, this is important to prevent muscle strain. All this types of exercise is good for your body and there is certain fitness equipment that you can buy if you want to follow an exercise program everyday inside your house.
