Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain
The Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain series are a range of models of gas smokers. These come in a variety of sizes and features and make smoking of dishes easy. These are hollow devices with adjustable grills inside where the different dishes can be placed. The models of Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain series are made of steel and have a full size door for easy access to the food and also to add wood or water while the cooking is in progress.

The Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Series have similar features and may vary only in size. A typical model has a vertical design and is made of a fully welded steel cabinet which houses the various dishes. The steel is of a heavy gauge and the cabinet has a large door for easy access. The smoker box is made of cast iron and the water pan has a porcelain coating for easy cleaning. Usually there will be three grates or grilling trays which are adjustable to fit in tall dishes, and has a total of 524 square inches of cooking area. The burners are of good quality brass which has a long life. The main door has a handle made of wire which gives a cool grip, and the two handles on the side give easy portability to the smoker.
The Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Series is the ideal device for smoking poultry, fish, beef and pork. You need to put in hardwood chips and the smoker will seal in the smoky flavor to make your dishes more tasty, and you will get the same flavor as you would when you make the dish in a brick smokehouse. The temperature adjustment levels on the smoker give you greater control and you can even adjust the smoker's temperature to make the dish smoke slowly over a couple of days. The door has a magnetic system for latching which will prevent any leaks of the heat.
