This is then cooled by adding water, and then yeast, which is left to stay for some days in the fermenter. Then, the mixture is added to priming sugar to facilitate carbonation. After carbonation, the beer will be ready to be enjoyed. This procedure is legal, and as long as all the ingredients and supplies are acceptable, brewing can be an interesting outdoor kitchen activity.
