I don’t stay in a house; I prefer my home….How different could these statements mean? Apparently not much but look at them again and they really do!!! A lot of emotion and passion goes in getting the few people whom you connect as “Next to Kin” together and help them evolve and grow. Money, land, resources are the most easily found assets and a little sincerity in office will get you all of them. A house is just a after flow of such a collection.

A home takes a little longer. When they say knit them well and they will stay long - it is said when one weaves a shawl and that’s actually, what applies when one takes charge of a family. A happy family is visible by not how they stay inside their cozy homes, but more importantly, the aura’s emitted by the structures while they reside in them.

How do these homes appear? They appear to be appealing and how does one get that? Strange to answer this but there are some basic ground rules which when adhered to will ensure that you have done your exterior bit and the rest is assumed to be in place at least momentarily. One can start with a identifying the basic structure your home would like to have when seen from outside. People tend to forget that up keeping the interiors play the second fiddles to the first impression your visitors will get when they see your home from outside. This need to be designed carefully and a help from your landscape architect may do a world of good. They not only design the way your garden / drive way etc would look but most importantly render great help to your interior decorator with the color schemes which would merge the outside with the surroundings.

Along with the colors, use of natural sunlight is something that has been the flavor however how would the exteriors look when the sun sign’s off for the day. To keep up with the bronze look that the natural earth colors tend to give, the use of Copper Exterior Lights would be a delightful option. Using them in the drive way in your home will give you a Welcome feeling in the most sober way. Think about it…who doesn’t like to be welcomed.
