Chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous in any room that is large enough to accommodate one, however, for individuals that adore the look of a chandelier but are concerned the may not have a large enough area, a mini chandelier light will be perfect.

The mini chandeliers sometimes referred to as chandelettes are just as lovely as the larger ones only smaller. They are approximately one foot in diameter and are available in numerous styles and colors. They look fantastic when there are two in the same general area, for example if the home has an open floor plan placing similar styles in both the living and dining areas will be beautiful and pull the spaces together.

These lights are also the perfect size for hanging in an entry way that is not quite large enough for a big fixture but large enough where it would need separate lighting. This is also the size to use in a hallway or bedroom that would benefit from a spray of light as opposed to the use of lamps or other ceiling light.

The room size should be appropriate for a mini chandelier in order for it to make the statement you would like. If the ceiling is higher than eight feet the light would be consumed due to the height. It will appear smaller than it is and will look disproportionate in the space. These chandeliers are somewhat petite so the room should also be fairly small as well. They should also compliment the other furniture in the room.

Should you have a large room and want to hang a mini chandelier in it, this can still be done, however, it would be best to have two or three hanging in the same room. If you opt to use a few mini chandeliers in the same room they should all be the same style and color as well as have the same number of lights on each one. They should also not be hung to close together, but instead perhaps putting one in three different corners.

The mini chandelier light fixtures are very pretty and will provide a nice illumination of light in the space in which they are displayed. They price can be from inexpensive to rather pricey depending on the style you prefer and the materials it is made from. They are rather easy to find in most home improvement stores or through online shopping, remember however, when purchasing online the fixture may not represent what you are looking for so whenever possible shop at a location that allows you to physically see the design.
