A new stove and dishwasher might do your kitchen good, especially if your current one is already displaying signs of aging. Remember to keep a color scheme in your plans. For instance if you choose stainless steel for all your kitchen appliances, make sure it sticks.

The final part of the remodel plan has to do with the lighting. A complete makeover may demand some alternative lighting- like pendants for your kitchen islands, ceiling fan lights, and under cabinet lighting. These will need a professional if the wiring has to be redone, as well as for installation. If your drainage has changed too, ensure a plumber is in your plans since doing it yourself may not always have a happy ending.
