The LED (Light Emitting Diode) light bulb is generally a collection of small bulbs which work as one. They come in variety of versions and they transmit lights from direct or into diffuse one. Many individuals and corporations attempt to fit a more “green-friendly” lifestyle. Energy saving lights is becoming more popular nowadays. Not only is the light themselves, but the attention to energy usage and habits in general. While some energy saving bulbs may cost more initially, those economic friendly, such as led light are also longer lasting and will cost you less in electric bills over the long run. It is not only a good investment for the environment, but into your own pocketbook as well.

LED lights are an old technology already that has advanced from use of indicator lights to a range of new and potential new applications, including exit signs, task lights, traffic lights, signage, outdoor lighting and down lighting. You have probably seen many a garden with old-style fluorescent landscape lights, typically green, you are not sure of what you’ve seen because the green light is just an emission of LED.

LED lightings are low voltage and very efficient light sources. They offer many benefits such as small size, long bulb life, low heat output, energy savings and durability. LED lights do not contain any toxic chemicals that harm human and they are also completely recyclable. They allow different and unique design flexibility in color changing, dimming desired shapes, colors, sizes and lumen packages. Currently, the poor color rendering may indicate that LED lightings, while very useful in many applications, are not yet ready for night lights in some architectural applications. The color composition of the light being emitted by it is based on the chemical composition. LED lightings are now available in different colors including white, deep blue, blue, green, yellow, amber, orange, red, bright red and deep red. But the more commonly seen and use LED color bulb is green. LED green lights are commonly seen on the exit sign market and many cities have adopted them as a replacement for traffic signals. In the architectural point of view, the development of a visible LED has not yet fully adapted.

LED lights are exclusively available for use in all applications and many extensions. In addition, they generate very little heat, and minimal ultra violet light, making them significantly safer while at the same time they reduce carbon emissions and helping the environment thus, it will lessen the global warming.
