The growing environment concerns have urged the people to opt for a lighting system that is more environments friendly. Moreover, the focus is also o reducing cost by the energy efficient lights and tubes that is now possible with the advancement of the lighting technology. This has seen the florescent tubes of light getting more and more replaced with the LED light tubes.

The florescent tubes of the light were very much commonly used in the offices and in the homes before the invention of the LED light tubes. The reason is that they are much energy efficient as compared to the incandescent bulbs and are even brighter than they are. However, the LED light tubes have emerged as more energy efficient and bright than the fluorescent tubes as well.

Apart from the above-mentioned reason, there are even more other important reasons that have leaded the fluorescent lights being replaced by the LED tube lights. There is a weird network of the plugs and the ballasts, which comes along with the fluorescent lighting system. Moreover, the replacement of such lighting system becomes a tough job because of the complicated network. In contrast to them, the LED light tubes have been designed to be easy to replace. The replacement of the florescent lights with the Led lights can therefore be very easy even to a person who is not an electrician. Moreover, the LED light tubes are lighter than their florescent counterparts are.

The florescent lights have even have server effects on a person’s head and the nerves system. A prolonged exposure to the florescent lights can have strain on the eyes and headaches too. The gases that are contained in these lights i.e. the mercury and other some gases can be more dangerous to the humans. Moreover, it is not even possible to dispose them and so they only add to the environmental waste once they are ineffective. Places where the lights have to be kept on for the entire day, the florescent lights can be expensive as compare to the LED light tubes. All the above-mentioned drawbacks can be avoided with the use of the LED lights and these are the reasons why the LED light tubes are more effective than other tube lights.

Further, in comparison with the LED, light tubes the maintenance, the replacement cost of the florescent lights, and the procedure is much more complicated and expensive.
