If you have a rather large amount of money in your budget for your folding card table and chairs, and would not let it suffer through abuse, but rather treat it like a piece of well-made, fine, furniture, then a good choice for you would be a wood table set with chairs.  You will be spending approximately $400 for this new addition of furniture.
