Rv Propane Refrigerator

In today’s fast paced world people need to be surrounded by gadgets and machines to make them feel comfortable everywhere. An RV refrigerator for your RV (Recreational Vehicle) is one of such equipments to make you feel at home while you are out in your car driving far from your home. There are many different choices of RV refrigerator available for you to choose from:

* RV propane refrigerator

* 12 volt RV refrigerator

* Dual AC/DC power RV refrigerator

RV Propane refrigerator is the most commonly used and commercially acclaimed of these RV refrigerators available in the market because of its performance, durability, reliability and other notable advantages over other available choices.

How RV Propane Refrigerator works:

Propane RV Refrigerator uses heat in the form of burning Propane gas as its source of energy which is used to produce the cooling inside the refrigerator. The main parts of the refrigerator are: Generator, Separator, Condenser, Evaporator and Absorber

Advantages of RV Propane Refrigerator:

The most important performance factor that is indicative of RV propane refrigerator’s popularity is its ability to get the food stuff colder much faster and much better than the other refrigerator models which use the other two power options.

Other added advantage is that it is more commonly available and the spare parts and the maintenance solution is easily available in different places so you need not to worry about getting stuck in any  odd place with your refrigerator not working. Although 12 volt power supply, which is being used in 12 volt RV refrigerator, is available in cars, trucks etc but they generally have weaker compressor motors and hence cooling results are not as great as in Propane RV refrigerators. Also the maintenance and service facilities for 12 volt RV refrigerator are not as readily available as Propane RV refrigerator which makes them a better choice in comparison to the former.

Dual AC/DC power refrigerator, in essence, works on the same lines as 12 volts except for the fact that they can also be plugged into a standard 120/240v outlet but have the similar kind of disadvantages over Propane RV refrigerator as the 12 volt one.

Due to all the advantages of the RV propane refrigerator, these types of portable refrigerators are becoming increasingly popular among people and companies. Many notable companies are manufacturing the Propane refrigerator not only for RVs but for commercial household use as well.
