      Propane is an alkanet, which is a gas but can be converted into liquid on compression. This is a derived product from petroleum products during the processing of natural gases. Propane is generally used as a fuel in engines, stoves, etc. This compound is commonly known as LPG or liquefied petroleum gas. LPG could be a mixture of propane with traces of propylene, butane, butylenes, and compounds such as ethanethiol or thiophene is mixed, these act as odorants so that one can identify a gas leakage easily. With all these inflating in price of gasoline, the cost of propane conversions has been attracting a beeline towards them. This propane and LPG conversion have been widely accepted as a reliable alternate fuel. However, this has a restriction about it; there still some regulations to be lifted off from the usage of this conversion kit, these restrictions are there only in the United States while other countries and continents do not have these restrictions.

Propane does not soot the engine a lot, this will eventually lead to the longer life of the engine and it does not require changing of oil frequently and paves way for a longer spark plug life. It is so widely accepted that propane saves not just your money and time but also your mental stress and aggravation too.

These engines not just run by the propane fuel but also could be run by natural gas and also gasoline. Usage of propane has been proved to render to a long life to the engine and could be started easily after a long idle rest without being stuck up. Another reason why many people prefer propane is that do not become solid and they do not emit a foul stench and does not get spoilt or bad after keeping it for a long time. Usage of propane instead of gasoline is not a big difference since they provide the same amount of output and energy, and they run for a longer period without any interruptions and your engine will last longer.
