700 Credit Score
I suppose that most of the people have heard of the expression “credit rating”. However, that is usually everything which they know and all important details such as what credit rating actually is, how it is calculated and so on are unknown. However, you should not worry about that because this article is your chance of becoming well-informed about the topic. You will be told everything which a person needs to know about the credit score and credit rating. And the best thing is that everything which you need to do is reading this article to the end!
Let’s first start with what credit rating means. Basically, credit rating is somebody’s reputation for a bank. Banks use the credit rating as means of obtaining information about their client’s financial status. If his or her credit rating is good then his/her financial status is also good, and if the rating is not high- then the financial status is bad!
But how do we measure the credit rating? Actually, the credit rating is calculated and the result in the end is called “credit score”. The credit score is what actually shows the banks how wealthy you are now! Unsurprisingly, the score is shown in points. Everyone has different amount of points according to their individual financial situation. I know that you are probably asking yourselves which criteria are taken into consideration when calculating the credit score. Basically, those are the incomes, profits, expenses, loans, credits and many others.
Hopefully, you have made out everything so far. But there is something very important, a question whose answer all of you need. What my credit score should be so that I could say that my credit rating is good? It is actually quite a complicated question since it is too individual. But we can divide the people into three basic groups- the first one consists of the people whose credit score is below 620. Those are all people who will be denied a loan or credit because their credit rating is too low! Another group consists of the people “in the middle”- the credit rating is around 680. Those people are likely either to be approved or denied a loan! However, the best credit rating which, I wish everyone could have, is 700 points. It is really the best possible because all people having such a credit score will be approved 100% no matter how much money they would like to get! It sounds really great, doesn’t it?
