The second method would be to make a call to (877) 322-8228 and talk to the support personnel who will guide you accordingly.

The other option would be the manual paper application which would need you to get the brochure from the federal trade commission before filling it adequately and submitting it to the Annual Credit Report Request Service at post office box number 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281 and wait for them to send your credit report to an address that you will have indicated in the request form. It is however important to note even as you go through your credit report application that there are lots of business people out there who will quickly seize the opportunity to make some quick cash from you if you happen to request your application through their sites. It is thus very important to make sure that you get the address right otherwise you may have to pay for the service. It is however fine if you do not mind paying for the service given that even the free report has some conditions attached.
