Most adults who complain of leg pain or back ache are actually suffering from lack of exercise.

Sports outdoor activities can be enjoyed in schools or colleges or also at the sports clubs and parks. Even office goers sometimes need to take off by playing friendly matches of outdoor sports games with their colleagues and bosses. This will boost comradeship and even open up channels of communication. If you are not playing any sport outdoor game then make it a part of your daily routine or something which you do at least twice a week. This way you will stay fit and healthy and you will also be in touch with your sports companions more often.
